Barbara’s own journey to floating

I worked over 25 years in global organizations –in MedTech, Consulting, Retail & FMCG – and in my roles as International HR Leader, Head of Talent, Headhunter, Trainer and Coach I had the opportunity to lead numerous global talent, leadership, transformation and culture initiatives.

Today, The Floating Duck allows me to focus on what I do best & love most: Supporting leaders and teams on their journey to grow and become the best versions of themselves.
